I find it amazing....

I walk into a room full of seniors who have Alzheimer's or some other form of memory loss....I sit down next to a woman...I can tell she's trying to figure out whether I am friend or foe...I make eye contact...gently touch her hand...and immediatly a genuine smile crosses her face...."Ah, a friend."


The power of touch....SO simple......SO overlooked.
